You will join our transformation team, working alongside ambitious, supportive, and hard-working colleagues who always seek to do things better, faster, and smarter.

As an AI Transformation Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in mapping how work gets done today and designing how it should get done in an AI-enabled future. Starting with our General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including finance, accounting, operations, resource management, marketing, legal, and internal communications, you will document current-state processes and operating models, design future-state alternatives, and help bring them to life across several AI transformation initiatives. You will also build the business case for each opportunity and prioritize initiatives based on the value they deliver. You will look holistically across people, processes, systems, and vendors to determine what should be automated or redesigned and which solution best fits each need, from a reusable AI skill to an end-to-end Copilot Cowork workflow or a coordinated team of AI agents.
