Come join us at the heart of trust!</p></div><div>We are looking to hire two Senior Salesforce Developers with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. These roles will be pivotal in executing large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing, and customer service teams.<br><br>The ideal candidates will have a strong background in modern Salesforce development, a proactive approach to operational excellence, and a deep understanding of code quality and process automation. You will work closely with the wider Salesforce team to ensure our solutions are performant, secure, and aligned with technical standards.<br><br>While both roles share the same core responsibilities, we are looking for distinct specialisations for each track:</div> <ul> <li>Role 1: Familiarity with CPQ or middle-layer pricing and quoting platforms that bridge CRM and billing systems (e.g., Revenue Cloud) is desirable.</li> <li>Role 2: Strong expertise working with Service Cloud is required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Salesforce Development:</span> Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic capabilities to meet the needs of the GTM Tech team.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Automation:</span> Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal performance.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Technical Implementation:</span> Lead the technical delivery of project features, from solution design and cross-functional problem-solving to final deployment.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Integrations:</span> Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and various integration patterns.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Peer Review:</span> Participate in code reviews and ensure solutions align with the broader Salesforce ecosystem strategy and coding standards.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Best Practices:</span> Implement Salesforce best practices, focusing on scalable code, data integrity, security, and performance optimization.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Troubleshooting:</span> Support incident management and processes through custom development and technical troubleshooting.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirement Translation:</span> Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and high-quality solutions.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">DevOps:</span> Utilize and contribute to CI/CD processes and version control workflows to support a high velocity of work.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Documentation:</span> Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce customizations and integrations.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Mentorship:</span> Provide guidance and technical coaching to Administrators and junior developers to support their skills development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <p>Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Certifications:</span> Minimum of Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II or Architect-track certifications are highly valued.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Experience:</span> 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and deploying complex programmatic solutions.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Modern Tooling:</span> Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
