As a therapist with us, you’ll provide individual teletherapy to adults ages 18-60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs. You set your schedule and we handle the logistics around it, so your time goes to your clients.</p> <h3>What the work looks like</h3> <ul> <li>Provide evidence-based individual therapy by video to adults ages 18-60</li> <li>Build steady, trusting relationships with clients</li> <li>Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S., as long as you’re licensed to practice in California</li> <li>Set your own hours, Monday-Sunday, 8am-8pm PT (weekends optional)</li> <li>See a minimum of 5 sessions per week, with no cap</li> <li>Our team matches clients to your availability and books their initial sessions, so you spend less time chasing referrals</li> <li>Our clinicians average a 96% caseload fill rate</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation and support</h3> <ul> <li>$75-$95 per session</li> <li>Guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations</li> <li>Onboarding stipend</li> <li>Paid clinical consultation</li> <li>Malpractice insurance provided</li> <li>Free CE credits year-round</li> <li>1099 contractor flexibility: no commute and no minimum office hours</li> </ul> <h3>What you bring</h3> <ul> <li>An active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP</li> <li>Experience providing individual therapy to adults</li> <li>Comfort with telehealth, and experience delivering it</li> <li>A commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care</li> </ul> <p><em>Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren’t eligible for this role.</em></p> <p><strong>Ready to build a practice that gives back as much as you give?
