We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.</p> <p>Forge & Build is hiring a <strong>Yard Associate</strong> at our facility in <strong>Arab, AL</strong>, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. </p> <p>The Yard Associate is responsible for maintaining daily yard operations and standards, ensuring an excellent customer experience while upholding safety standards throughout the yard at all times.</p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (Includes working weekends)</p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Manage yard inventory control and procedures, including staging, loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers. Ensure all loads are accurate and delivered promptly.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Maintain a safe, hazard-free, and organized yard in accordance with company standards.
