• Design electrical hardware systems based on project requirements, including electrical schematics, control panel layouts and device selection • Develop PLC and HMI applications based on system descriptions and functional requirements with a strong focus on Siemens platforms • Configure PLC hardware and industrial communication networks including PROFINET, PROFIBUS, AS-i, CAN, Ethernet and other industrial protocols • Develop PLC Safety programs. (SIEMENS Distributed Safety/F-PLCs) • Configure, commission and start-up of VFDs • Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and on-site standby support • Support system testing and functional validation to ensure the control system meets project requirements • Develop SCADA applications for monitoring and controlling system components and processes • Motion Control experience Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. • 3-4 years of experience in control systems design and implementation, with a strong emphasis on PLC programming. • Proficiency in Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs is required; experience with other PLC systems is a plus. • Strong understanding of industrial communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.). • Experience with CAD software tools for control system design (AutoCAD, EPlan, etc.). • Proven experience in project management and ability to lead teams. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. • A background in food and beverage or manufacturing sectors is preferred. • Must Have B1/B2 USA / Canada Visa
