RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) / Safety Professional - Construction/Industrial Hygiene (KIEWIT202609IH104) Serve as a Contract Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) / Safety Professional to support construction activities at the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, South Carolina.  This client-facing role is with ProSidian and supports Kiewit within its Contractor-Controlled Construction Zone.  It is not a direct employment position with Kiewit, and the work area is not a standalone Kiewit facility.  This role is for a remote CIH who can review and supplement the IH Work and critique the approach to an issue or problem on the Kiewit Savannah River construction site.  Kiewit’s responsibilities include demolition; interior and exterior modifications; ventilation, gas, and electrical systems; labs; utility systems; and installation of production equipment. The subproject, scheduled for 2028, includes establishing an SRNS presence in 2024 via Task Order No. 1, supporting the plutonium-processing project.
