Requirements Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline. • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, either in-house or agency. • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. • Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with hiring managers and candidates. • Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow-through. • Familiarity with Workable or other ATS platforms would be advantageous. • Available to commit to a 6-month contract. What Success Looks Like You will help us build a structured and efficient hiring pipeline, improve turnaround time and candidate experience, and work closely with hiring managers to drive quality hiring outcomes rather than simply coordinating the recruitment process.
