The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial leadership, fundraising, capital management, corporate governance, and IPO-related activities. This role requires a commercially astute finance leader who can drive financial strategy, strengthen financial controls, optimise capital allocation, and support sustainable business growth. The candidate must have a strong track record in fundraising and IPO processes, along with the ability to partner with the leadership team and Board on critical financial and strategic decisions. Requirements Key Responsibilities โข Develop and execute the groupโs financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans. โข Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, capital structuring, and engagement with investors and financial institutions. โข Drive IPO readiness and execution, coordinating financial preparation, due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder requirements. โข Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance reviews. โข Manage group-level financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, working capital, and capital allocation. โข Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes. โข Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, statutory regulations, and corporate laws. โข Partner with the CEO, Board, and business leaders on strategic planning, investments, profitability, and financial decision-making. โข Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, auditors, legal advisors, and other external stakeholders. โข Monitor key financial metrics, identify business risks, and recommend measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency. โข Lead and develop the finance team while establishing scalable financial systems, policies, and processes across group entities. โข Support mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and other strategic transactions as required.
