The ideal candidate will combine strong product management capabilities with technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a deep focus on user experience. You will be responsible for translating customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable solutions that improve usability and create measurable business value. Experience with enterprise SaaS products and domains such as logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation will be an advantage. Requirements Key Responsibilities โข Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities. โข Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and prototypes. โข Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business functions to deliver product initiatives. โข Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation. โข Analyse complex user workflows and use product analytics to understand behaviour, identify usability gaps, and improve user experience. โข Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes in collaboration with design teams to develop intuitive user interfaces. โข Engage with clients regularly to understand requirements, address concerns, and align product solutions with their expectations. โข Drive the development, launch, and continuous enhancement of web and mobile products. โข Prioritise product features, manage backlogs, and balance customer requirements with technical feasibility and business impact. โข Communicate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and solution benefits to internal stakeholders and external clients. โข Prepare and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, functional specifications, release notes, and knowledge-base content. โข Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement. โข Apply Agile product development practices to support collaboration, prioritisation, and timely delivery. โข Stay updated on emerging technologies, enterprise software trends, and technical architecture best practices.
