Practical, immediate, high-impact AI adoption across every team and every function.</p> <h3><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Roll out a company-wide AI adoption program, starting with LLM chats and practical automation tools</li> <li>Work directly with leadership to prioritize and scale what works</li> <li>Run regular sessions, workshops and 1:1s to build AI literacy and confidence across the company</li> <li>Track and report adoption metrics so impact is visible and provable</li> <li>Identify how every team currently works and ideate/implement where AI can remove friction, save time and increase output</li> </ul> <h3 id="skills-heading" class="external-panel__heading"><strong>What you bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a top university</li> <li>Background in economics, software engineering or a business-facing technical discipline</li> <li>Proven hands-on experience bringing AI applications into a company or organization, not just building demos</li> <li>You have used LLM´s, built automations and know what actually works in practice</li> <li>Hardcore AI user yourself, you do not talk about AI, you use it daily</li> <li>Do or build mentality, you move fast and get things done</li> <li>Business savvy enough to understand priorities and translate them into action</li> <li>C1 Level of English</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>For more information on how we process your application data, please review our <a href="https://www.marvelfusion.com/applicants">privacy notice</a>.</p></div>
