Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market. b. Should have worked on mid- luxury projects above 2 crores + c. Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs. d. Current CP DAR in Sobo & Western till Bhayander. e. Active CP must be okay to work for projects in Oshiwara or Goregaon. f. Identify and onboard new Channel Partners. g. Generate business through the CP network. h. Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures. i. Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets. Requirements: a. 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing b. Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai up to Mira Road or Bhayander c. Good communication and relationship-building skills d. Target-oriented and business-focused e. Real estate experience is mandatory. f.
