This program supports a well-qualified candidate who demonstrates strong management potential, a passion for mentoring others, and a commitment to advancing within our career development framework.</p> <p data-start="845" data-end="1082"> </p> <p data-start="845" data-end="1082">Participants in this program will receive personalized mentorship, a clear development plan, and a special compensation package designed to reward progress and performance.
