You bring strong procurement expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to improve processes while ensuring materials and products are available when needed.</p> <p>You thrive on building supplier relationships, developing teams, and solving complex supply chain challenges. With strong ERP knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset, you balance day-to-day execution with long-term operational goals.</p> <p>In this role, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen supply chain operations, influence business strategy, and take on greater leadership responsibility as Re continues to grow.</p> <p><strong>What you get to do</strong> </p> <ul data-spread="false" data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Lead supply chain operations across purchasing, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and kitting to meet production and customer commitments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop procurement strategies that optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and ensure material availability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coach and develop purchasing personnel while strengthening processes and operational performance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage supplier relationships including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, performance metrics, and audits.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee inventory accuracy and material flow through cycle counts, receiving processes, freight coordination, and corrective actions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure customs compliance with import/export regulations, documentation, tariff classifications, and broker relationships.</p> </li> <li> <p>Serve as the ERP subject matter expert and maintain procurement procedures and AS9100-compliant supplier records.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support ecommerce fulfillment through inventory planning, order coordination, and product availability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Champion Lean improvements and collaborate across Production, Sales, Quality, and Account Management to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring to the team </strong></p> <ul data-spread="false" data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>10+ years of relevant supply chain, procurement, or operations experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, logistics, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with customs compliance, import/export processes, and applicable trade regulations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency with ERP systems; SyteLine experience strongly preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience leading teams, developing talent, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve supplier challenges, and drive operational improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, supplier portals, and related supply chain tools.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ecommerce operations experience preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lean / Continuous Improvement experience, particularly with Toyota Production System (TPS) methodologies, is a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></p> <p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.  Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we
