This role provides short-term (1–30 day) on-site leasing support to properties experiencing vacancies, staffing gaps, transitions, or performance needs. </p> <p>The TOPS Leasing Specialist performs all leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties expected of an Asset Living Leasing Consultant, while quickly integrating into each assigned community’s operations.
