About the Role Join an electrical and software engineering team building AI-enabled tools for circuit board design. You will own customer projects from requirements through manufacturing while helping improve how hardware is designed and delivered. What You'll Do • Manage multiple client projects at a time, from gathering requirements through manufacturing. • Design circuit boards for applications such as motor control, computing, RF, battery management, and high-speed interfaces. • Work directly with customers to understand their constraints and deliver practical solutions. • Build internal tools and automation to improve the speed and reliability of hardware design. • Collaborate with layout specialists, firmware engineers, and manufacturing partners. What We're Looking For • At least one year of electrical engineering experience, including shipping hardware to production. • Hands-on PCB design experience and familiarity with tools such as KiCad, Altium, Cadence, or LTspice. • Experience across multiple hardware domains, such as high-speed digital, power electronics, antennas, BGA fanout, or battery management. • A portfolio of personal PCB or hardware projects that demonstrates design complexity and execution. • Experience owning client projects through manufacturing, working with customers, improving design processes, and collaborating across hardware teams. • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
