AI is a powerful tool, but unlocking its full potential requires good data and well-structured business requirements.</p> <p>We're looking for someone who's ready to dive deep into the business context of different teams and help them drive AI-powered automation.</p> <p><strong>Challenges that await you:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Business Requirements & Discovery</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Gather and structure business requirements from different teams</li> <li>Translate business problems into clear, AI-ready specifications</li> <li>Build a deep understanding of each team's processes and pain points</li> </ul> <ol> <li>Prompting & Instructions</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Write and iterate on prompts for AI-driven workflows</li> <li>Write clear, unambiguous instructions for data labellers/annotators</li> <li>Continuously refine prompts and instructions based on output quality</li> </ul> <ol> <li>Analytics</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Build analytics to track automation performance and quality</li> <li>Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for further automation</li> <li>Turn findings into clear recommendations for the business</li> </ul> <p><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></p> <ul> <li>0–3 years of experience — recent graduates are welcome to apply</li> <li>Strong mathematical/analytical background with a solid understanding of statistics</li> <li>Python and SQL knowledge is a plus</li> <li>English level B2</li> <li>Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn and deeply understand business context</li> </ul> </div>
