Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards • Sign-on bonus up to $200,000 • Residency stipend up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. • A geography stipend of $25,000 for physicians who practice primary care full time in Delaware County (Delhi). • Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
