Most people keep fixing them anyway.</p> <p>We're looking for someone eager to learn how to solve each one properly, take ownership of it, and then automate it away.</p> <p>That's where you come in!</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p><strong>This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ</strong></p> <p>As our Junior IT Support, you'll learn by solving real problems, take full ownership of our day-to-day IT and use automation and AI agents to make every fix faster than the last.</p> <p>This is not a traditional helpdesk role where you close tickets and wait for the next one.</p> <p>You don't need to know everything yet, but you need to want to learn it, and to bring the energy to fix things for good.</p> <h2><strong>What you will do</strong></h2> <p></p> <ul> <li><strong>Be the go-to person for IT:</strong> Pick up requests in Jira, solve them quickly and explain clearly, so people can get back to work.</li> <li><strong>Get people set up:</strong> Prepare and manage Mac and Windows laptops, and run smooth onboarding and offboarding.</li> <li><strong>Automate the repetitive work:</strong> Turn recurring requests into automations, scripts and AI agents, so the same problem never costs time twice.</li> <li><strong>Look after our tools:</strong> Manage Google Workspace accounts and access, and be the first point of contact for the tools our team relies on.</li> <li><strong>Keep the office tech running:</strong> Look after screens, meeting rooms, printers, basic networking, and door access tags and locks.</li> <li><strong>Know where everything is:</strong> Track hardware and accessories, from ordering to inventory and returns.</li> <li><strong>Help us move:</strong> Play a hands-on part in setting up our new Herengracht office.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h2><strong>What you will need</strong></h2> <p></p> <ul> <li><strong>Hands-on experience with automation and AI agents: </strong>You've already built something that makes work faster, whether a workflow, a script or an agent, and you can show it to us.</li> <li><strong>Eager to learn, real energy and a sense of urgency:</strong> You love figuring things out, aren't afraid to say "I don't know yet", and come back with the answer, moving fast between people and problems.</li> <li><strong>Ownership:</strong> You don't wait to be told, you follow through, and you notice what could be better.</li> <li><strong>Early in your career:</strong> You have up to about two years in IT support, a helpdesk, an internship or a study programme, or years of being the person everyone asks for tech help.</li> <li><strong>Comfortable with Mac and Windows</strong>, with solid basics in account management for IT systems.</li> <li><strong>Fluent English.</strong> Dutch is not required.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h2><strong>Nice to have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience with Jira, Google Workspace admin or an endpoint management tool like ManageEngine.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>We would also like to offer you:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Lunch:</strong> On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you.</li> <li><strong>24</strong> days of paid vacation per year + public holidays.</li> <li><strong>Travel Allowance</strong>, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card).</li> <li>Company <strong>pension plan</strong>.</li> <li>Company <strong>events</strong> and <strong>overseas trips</strong>!</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="job-blocks"> <div id="block-13" class="text block"> <div class="body" data-columns="1"> <h3 class="article"><strong>Is this you?</strong></h3> </div> </div> </div> <div class="job-blocks"> <div id="block-15" class="vacancy-text block"> <div class="body" data-columns="1"> <div class="article" data-medium-editor-element=""> <p>Get in touch!
