At AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, we're revolutionizing the eCommerce world by providing innovative tools that empower online sellers globally. As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for talented individuals who are passionate about technology, eCommerce, and making a real impact. If you're ready to join a dynamic team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

AutoDS is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager - a broad, hands-on role for someone who can own a marketing function end to end and work across the whole company to make it happen.

Your operating base is CRM and lifecycle. You'll own our customer messaging from onboarding through retention. But the job is wider than campaigns: you'll run go-to-market for new features and launches, own the data integrations that make good marketing possible, drive cross-company projects with Product, Data and Support, and work fluently with dashboards and numbers.

We also expect AI to be part of how you work - not as a novelty, but as a tool you actually use. Some of our team builds internal tools and automations with Claude Code and similar tools; we'd like the next person to do the same. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be the kind of person who sees a manual process and thinks "I could automate that."

What you'll own:

CRM & lifecycle

Lifecycle strategy and execution — onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid, retention, win-back
• Segmentation, triggered journeys, personalization and the testing roadmap
• The messaging calendar across email, push and SMS
• Deliverability, list health, consent and compliance hygiene
• A continuous experimentation program, with documented learnings

Data & integrations

Own the marketing data layer: making sure the right product events reach the right tools (e.g. product events → CRM), that they're named correctly, fire reliably and mean what we think they mean
• Work with Product and Data on event tracking, user attributes, and integrations between platforms
• Debug the boring but critical stuff: why a journey didn't trigger, why an attribute is stale, why two reports disagree
• Work confidently in dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, GA4 or similar) — you don't need to write SQL, but you need to pull, read, question and act on data yourself

Cross-company projects

Lead marketing-driven projects that span Product, Data, Support and Sales
• Write the brief, align the stakeholders, keep it moving, land it
• Be the person other teams want on the project because it actually gets finished

AI in the workflow

Use AI tools daily — Claude, Claude Code, automation platforms, AI creative tools — to build internal tools, automate reporting, accelerate content and research
• Evaluate new tools and bring the useful ones to the team
• Raise the team's output ceiling: more experiments, faster turnaround, without more headcount

What we're looking for:

4+ years in marketing, including 2+ years owning a CRM / email / lifecycle program end-to-end — not just executing sends

Hands-on ownership of a CRM or marketing automation platform (Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, Customer.io, Klaviyo or similar) — the specific tool matters less than the depth

Comfort with data and integrations: event tracking, user properties, platform-to-platform data flows — confident working in BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, GA4 or similar), reading and questioning data yourself (no SQL required)

Demonstrable use of AI tools in your actual work — show us something you built or automated

Project management ability across teams — you can drive something you don't have formal authority over

Excellent written English — our customers are global and you'll be writing customer-facing copy

Who you are:

Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership

Note: this is an individual-contributor role (owning a domain end-to-end), not a people-management role

Nice to have:

Experience with Braze specifically

No-code / automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or light scripting

SQL

Paid media or creative experience

Experience in e-commerce, dropshipping or marketplace businesses

Ready to take your career to the next level with AutoDS?
