The role will oversee implementation of the Project Quality Management System, ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements, and drive consistent quality performance throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.</p> <p data-start="876" data-end="1099">The ideal candidate has strong quality management experience on large-scale capital projects, with extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, inspections, audits, NCR management, corrective actions, and quality performance reporting.</p> <h2 data-section-id="155ql4f" data-start="1101" data-end="1120">RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul data-start="1122" data-end="2329"> <li data-section-id="13d0ot4" data-start="1122" data-end="1184">Own and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).</li> <li data-section-id="jt3l4b" data-start="1185" data-end="1334">Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, approved procedures, and applicable quality standards.</li> <li data-section-id="cno91f" data-start="1335" data-end="1408">Perform FOK, installation, PUE, and other required quality inspections.</li> <li data-section-id="uikdw4" data-start="1409" data-end="1498">Lead QA/QC inspections, audits, surveillance activities, and quality assurance reviews.</li> <li data-section-id="10ywi1m" data-start="1499" data-end="1605">Perform final review, sign-off, and escalation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.</li> <li data-section-id="1pu6onq" data-start="1606" data-end="1665">Monitor NCR status, recurring issues, and quality trends.</li> <li data-section-id="1p75082" data-start="1666" data-end="1749">Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and associated quality records.</li> <li data-section-id="qoaj14" data-start="1750" data-end="1850">Lead root cause analysis and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.</li> <li data-section-id="gnuexl" data-start="1851" data-end="1955">Monitor quality performance and report KPIs, risks, trends, and areas of concern to the PMO and Owner.</li> <li data-section-id="pmoe99" data-start="1956" data-end="2053">Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to resolve quality issues.</li> <li data-section-id="3nafb" data-start="2054" data-end="2167">Ensure quality documentation, inspection records, and supporting evidence are complete and properly maintained.</li> <li data-section-id="fyav1s" data-start="2168" data-end="2241">Support testing, commissioning, handover, and final quality acceptance.</li> <li data-section-id="e41sii" data-start="2242" data-end="2329">Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong quality culture across the project.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="xnsdnr" data-start="2331" data-end="2348">QUALIFICATIONS</h2> <h3 data-section-id="8b3p4d" data-start="2350" data-end="2377">Required Qualifications</h3> <ul data-start="2379" data-end="3270"> <li data-section-id="1jsqx7u" data-start="2379" data-end="2481">Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li> <li data-section-id="dynhkb" data-start="2482" data-end="2561">Strong QA/QC management experience on major construction or capital projects.</li> <li data-section-id="qcyhr8" data-start="2562" data-end="2673">Experience in hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, infrastructure, EPC, or PMC environments.</li> <li data-section-id="not775" data-start="2674" data-end="2761">Strong knowledge and practical implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.</li> <li data-section-id="p0htmr" data-start="2762" data-end="2828">Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Plans.</li> <li data-section-id="18thkva" data-start="2829" data-end="2933">Extensive experience with inspections, ITPs, audits, quality documentation, and compliance management.</li> <li data-section-id="1l4n5u0" data-start="2934" data-end="2994">Strong experience reviewing, closing, and escalating NCRs.</li> <li data-section-id="jeip0x" data-start="2995" data-end="3074">Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action management.</li> <li data-section-id="1cu2k8s" data-start="3075" data-end="3157">Experience monitoring and reporting quality KPIs to senior project stakeholders.</li> <li data-section-id="1cws7xf" data-start="3158" data-end="3235">Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1261pws" data-start="3236" data-end="3270">Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li> </ul>
