This is a launchpad role designed to accelerate your technical skills and build a rock-solid foundation in modern engineering practices.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, or backend applications under the guidance of senior engineers.</li> <li>Execute basic performance and load test scripts to identify bottlenecks, resource leaks, and application response times.</li> <li>Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).</li> <li>Work closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA testers to understand feature requirements and define acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Run regression, integration, and system tests during deployment cycles and analyze the results.</li> <li>Participate in peer code reviews for test scripts to ensure coding standards and best practices are met.</li> <li>Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate test creation, generate mock data, and troubleshoot failing tests.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent bootcamp/hands-on experience).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to cloud technologies like Azure, AWS etc.</li> <li>Strong fundamental programming skills in at least one core language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Git (branching, merging, pull requests).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Behavior Competencies</strong></p> <p><strong>Initiative & Innovation- </strong>Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas</p> <p><strong>Level 2: Initiative -</strong>Takes initiatives within their area of responsibility to accelerate finding solutions.
