The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.</span></p></div><p><strong>This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA</strong></p> <p>Job Opening: Project Analyst II</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Own and drive end-to-end projects or workflows within a defined business domain such as Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Food Safety, or Marketplace.</li> <li>Translate business problems into process designs, system requirements, or tooling improvements.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional execution, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.</li> <li>Define and track KPIs to measure project and process performance.</li> <li>Identify trade-offs and improvement opportunities within owned scope.</li> <li>Support rollout and adoption of process or system changes within the domain.</li> </ul> <p>Job Requirements: Job requires a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related fields and 24 months of experience as a Project Analyst, Data Analyst or related position. Candidate must have 2 years of professional experience in:</p> <ul> <li>Project management and process improvement</li> <li>Experience working with ERP, SAP, workflow tools, or internal platforms.</li> <li>Experience building dashboards or defining operational metrics.</li> <li>Lean, Six Sigma, or structured project management methodologies.</li> </ul> <p>Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
