This is an opportunity to lead a mission-driven office that helps clients receive compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes throughout Hudson County and surrounding communities.</p> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">The Clinical Director, RN provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across the office. This leader supports excellent client service, develops a high-performing clinical and operational team, strengthens community relationships, and helps the office achieve its clinical, service, employee, compliance, and business goals.</p> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">This role is ideal for an experienced RN leader with a strong home health or healthcare clinical background who is organized, relationship-driven, and energized by the opportunity to build strong teams, improve care delivery, strengthen operations, and represent BAYADA in the community.</p> <h2 class="wnfdntn wnfdntm _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">What you’ll do</h2> <ul class="wnfdntj"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the HCV Home Health office</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Provide clinical leadership and oversight to support safe, reliable, high-quality home health services</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Set clear expectations and foster a culture centered on The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, recognize, and retain clinical, office, and field employees</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Supervise, coach, and support Clinical Managers, office leaders, and team members to promote accountability and professional growth</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Partner with Clinical Managers and office leaders to support clinical quality, care coordination, client satisfaction, and service excellence</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Monitor client service, employee engagement, quality, compliance, productivity, and financial performance</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Review clinical and office goals, performance metrics, and quality indicators; develop action plans to address opportunities</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Support strong communication and collaboration among office staff, field clinicians, clients, families, physicians, and referral partners</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, facilities, community organizations, and other referral sources</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Represent BAYADA at community events, professional meetings, and networking activities</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Support the growth of the office by identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Ensure office and clinical practices align with BAYADA policies, applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and Home Health service-line expectations</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Partner with divisional, regional, clinical, and operational leadership on strategic priorities, staffing, service delivery, and office development</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Promote high client satisfaction and respond promptly and thoughtfully to client, family, and employee concerns</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Participate in quality improvement, compliance, incident follow-up, and performance improvement activities</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Ensure the office maintains effective systems, organization, responsiveness, and follow-through</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates as needed</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Participate in office and company meetings, events, and special projects</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Perform related duties as required or requested by leadership</li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdntn wnfdntm _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">What you bring</h2> <h3 class="wnfdntn wnfdntm _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Required</h3> <ul class="wnfdntj"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related field required</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required</li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s35c">Strong clinical background in home health, hospice, acute care, community-based care, or a related hea
