Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT, software, telecom, infrastructure, and transformation projects from planning through rollout and handover. • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and timelines. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, IT, Platform Engineering, QA, Service, and external partners. • Drive execution, resolve blockers, manage project governance, and ensure delivery readiness at every project stage. • Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear reporting and escalation to stakeholders. • Facilitate project and steering meetings, ensuring decisions, actions, and accountability are clearly defined. • Ensure successful go-live, operational readiness, service handover, and post-implementation stabilization. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and delivery governance. Requirements • Several years of experience delivering complex IT, telecom, software, infrastructure, rollout, or digital transformation projects in international environments. • Proven success leading projects in matrix organizations without direct authority over resources. • Strong understanding of IT delivery environments, including infrastructure, networks, software development, testing, deployment, and operations. • Solid project management expertise in planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. • Experience working with technical teams such as Development, IT Operations, Platform Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Service Desk. • Ability to bring structure to complex situations, driving accountability and execution across multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively from operational teams to senior leadership. • Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with the resilience, ownership, and persistence to drive projects successfully under pressure.
