This role serves as the primary functional lead for Procurement, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions that align with organizational objectives.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement solutions across multiple workstreams.</li> <li>Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into future-state procurement processes and system solutions.</li> <li>Configure and implement Oracle Procurement modules, including:</li> <ul> <li>Purchasing</li> <li>Self-Service Procurement</li> <li>Supplier Portal</li> <li>Sourcing</li> <li>Procurement Contracts</li> </ul> <li>Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other business teams.</li> <li>Partner with technical teams to support integrations, security, reporting, and system extensions.</li> <li>Oversee testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.</li> <li>Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of procurement business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, approvals, compliance, and supplier portals.</li> <li>Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.</li> <li>Proven expertise across the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, conference room pilots (CRPs), testing, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.</li> <li>Ability to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans, and project documentation.</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>End-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementation and transformation programs.</li> <li>Integration alignment with Product Information Management (PIM), Planning, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and external systems.</li> <li>Leading large-scale enterprise or federal ERP transformation initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>U.S. Citizen</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
