This role provides strategic and operational oversight of patient flow across all clinical and procedural areas, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality patient care.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 125%"><span style="font-family: 'Arial Nova',sans-serif">The Director drives data-informed strategies to optimize capacity management, reduce length of stay, and enhance the overall patient experience.
