You will develop and modify CNC tube-bending programs, establish machine setups, and work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to produce flight-ready hardware.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><em>CNC Tube-Bending Programming:</em> Create, modify, verify, and optimize CNC tube-bending programs using engineering drawings, bend tables, tube centerline dimensions, bend allowances, rotation values, material specifications, and process documentation. Simulate programs when applicable and make approved adjustments to improve accuracy, repeatability, and production efficiency.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><em>CNC Tube Bending:</em> Set up, operate, and adjust CNC tube-bending machines to produce precision tube assemblies. Load and unload tubing, select and install tooling, establish machine offsets, verify bend sequences, and troubleshoot forming or dimensional issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><em>Tube Preparation and Fabrication</em>: Cut, deburr, clean, bend, flare, swage, form, and fit metallic tubing to meet required dimensional, cosmetic, and cleanliness standards. Work with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, nickel alloys, and other aerospace materials.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><em>Inspection and Verification</em>: Inspect tube assemblies using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, inspection fixtures, go/no-go gauges, and other precision measurement equipment. Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections while accurately recording results.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><em>Tube Assembly and Integration</em>: Fit and assemble bent tubes with fittings, valves, manifolds, brackets, panels, trays, and other fluid-system hardware.
