Performance will be assessed against SRM financial targets set by the executive leadership team in support of Ursa Major’s growth plans.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sub-Focus #2</strong></p> <ul> <li>Multi-year SRM portfolio growth strategy, including robust pipeline development, risk adjusted forecast development and an unfactored forecast value that exceeds 300% of revenue targets for the forward 2 years.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sub-Focus #3</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cross-portfolio collaboration and internal alignment as assessed through product line operations and new business reviews, peer reviews and 360-degree feedback.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $80,000 - $100,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
