<p><strong>Caring Hands Animal Hospital Rockville is hiring a full-time Front-desk Receptionist </strong>to be the first point of contact for our veterinary clients, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. This position consists of a mix of 8-hour day and evening shifts, scheduled Monday through Friday during the hospital’s operating hours of 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Availability to work every other Saturday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM is also required.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.</li> <li>Ensure accurate service and product sales accounting, handle payments, process credit/debit cards, and schedule future appointments.</li> <li>Answer client calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medication refills, and other requests.
