Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. </li> <li><strong>Certification:</strong> Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification <strong>required </strong>in the State of Ohio. Applicants must have <strong>passed the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry</strong>.
