• You take ownership of program delivery for our cloud-based platform, coordinating end-to-end planning, cross-team dependencies, and delivery timelines • You partner with your Head of Product to translate OpenSynergy's product strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery plans • You build a deep understanding of your teams' domains, so you can effectively align priorities, unblock delivery, and drive accountability • You support technical sales and engage directly with customers • Several years of industrial experience managing software development projects or programs • Significant experience working with cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and AI initiatives • Strong ability to structure, plan, and drive complex, cross-functional programs • Genuine interest in industry trends and translating them into program and team direction • Experience in a leadership role • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken • German skills are a plus
