We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain Python automations for marketing and commercial workflows, using third-party AI models where they add value. • Develop company enrichment, partner classification and scoring pipelines. • Contribute to retrieval and chatbot workflows under the team lead’s direction. • Turn business requests into clear tasks and acceptance criteria. • Establish a baseline and evaluation set before implementation; compare approaches on the same data and report quality, limitations and cost per result. • Use AI coding agents to support implementation, while checking generated code, integration behavior and consistency with earlier decisions. • Use deterministic code and rules where model calls are unnecessary. • Prepare changes for code review, test failure cases, document configuration and operating procedures, and coordinate deployment and handover with DevOps. • Track delivery, dependencies and blockers in YouTrack. • Maintain reproducible technical documentation in English. Requirements • Python: Practical skills working with APIs, structured data, error handling and automated tests. Ability to explain, debug and revise code produced with AI assistance. • LLMs and AI tools: Experience using LLM APIs and AI coding tools to build working solutions. Understanding of structured outputs, retrieval, tool use and when deterministic logic is more appropriate than a model call. • Evaluation and quality: Ability to define evaluation criteria, build a baseline, inspect errors and compare quality and per-unit cost. Clear reporting of uncertainty and limitations. • Development practices: Working knowledge of Git, code review, dependency and configuration management, logging, and secure handling of credentials and business data. • Task management: Ability to break a task into deliverable steps, identify missing information, record decisions and raise blockers promptly. • Communication: Ability to read and write technical documentation in English and work with engineering and business colleagues. Preferred Skills • Experience with CRM data enrichment, B2B company research, classification or lead scoring. • Experience with HubSpot integrations and retrieval-based assistants, including Onyx or similar tools. • Experience comparing model providers and tracking inference cost, latency and output quality. • Experience maintaining automations in production, including monitoring, regression checks and operational handover. • Understanding of travel-industry business models and partner segmentation. English Proficiency • Must have: Conversational English at B1 level or above. Benefits • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely. • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together. • Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities. • Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences. • Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world. • Corporate prices on hotels and travel services. • MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
