Join us as a Recruitment Specialist and play a key role in building and supporting our ground workforce. This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving manpower challenges and seeing the impact of their work every day. No desk-bound routine: you will spend most of your time out in the field. Job Responsibilities 1. Ground Staff Recruitment • Source candidates in person at project sites and nearby areas, as well as places like coffee shops and shopping malls. • Recruit cleaners, security officers and other ground staff to meet the Group’s manpower needs. • Engage candidates and explain job vacancies, salary, working hours and employment benefits. 2. Part-Time to Full-Time Conversion • Identify and engage part-time staff who are keen to move into full-time roles. • Explain available opportunities and work with HR and Operations to complete the conversion. 3. Staff Retention • Visit project sites to speak with ground staff who intend to resign and understand their reasons. • Explore alternatives such as site transfers or other positions within the Group. • Work with Operations to improve retention, maintain good relationships with staff and build a staff database. 4. Staff Onboarding • Work with HR and Operations to identify manpower shortages and recruitment priorities. • Coordinate referrals, interviews, site transfers and deployment. • Follow up on each case to ensure timely placement. 5. Recruitment Reporting • Keep records of candidates sourced, staff recruited, conversions, resignations and successful transfers. • Update the Head of Operations and Site Managers regularly and flag manpower challenges. Job Requirements • Minimum GCE ’N’ Level or equivalent. Relevant experience is an advantage. • Experience in recruitment, manpower coordination or the cleaning and security industries is an advantage, but not essential. We will train the right person. • Good communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable approaching people in person. • Willing to travel frequently between project sites. • Results-oriented, with a genuine interest in recruitment, manpower deployment and staff retention.
