You will play a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing test equipment remains functional, calibrated, organized, and ready to support production.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In addition to hands-on maintenance and repair, you will help bring structure to equipment documentation, spare parts, inventory, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and maintenance processes. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Production, and Quality to minimize equipment downtime and continuously improve the reliability and maintainability of our test infrastructure.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Work</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Test Equipment Maintenance & Repair</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing test stations and related equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic software or system issues affecting test equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot equipment failures and respond to issues quickly to minimize production downtime</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform equipment calibration in accordance with established procedures, schedules, and quality requirements. Setup outside calibration for production test equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Document equipment failures, repairs, maintenance activities, and calibration results accurately and consistently</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements to increase reliability and reduce downtime</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Daily triage manufacturing test issues, resolve, and get test engineering support to help resolve and keep robot manufacturing test cells up.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Test Equipment Build & Assembly</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assemble, build, modify, and troubleshoot test fixtures, test stations, cables, harnesses, and related equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and solder custom cables and harness assemblies used in manufacturing test systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the installation, setup, and configuration of new test equipment and production test stations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Parts, Inventory & Documentation</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, consumables, tools, fixtures, and equipment components</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track replacement parts and identify components that are approaching end-of-life or require replenishment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate the ordering and procurement of replacement parts and equipment components</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help manage relationships and communication with equipment and component vendors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) management, including creating BOMs for new test fixtures, maintaining replacement material lists, and managing part ordering processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain clear and accurate maintenance procedures, work instructions, equipment records, and documentation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Read, follow, and help improve standardized work instructions for equipment maintenance and repair</span>&
