This role extends beyond traditional payroll responsibilities, requiring a versatile individual to serve as the link between our HR team and external payroll providers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining HR services, which covers payroll, benefits and other HR-related functions on an international scale.</p> <p></p> <div><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a senior member of the team, you’ll keep your countries compliant, propose improvements and be a reference for employees and colleagues alike.</span></div> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage payroll operations end to end for a portfolio of countries, following up closely with external providers and resolving day to day issues autonomously.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure accurate and compliant payments, proactively monitoring tax and social security changes and making sure they are applied on time.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Analyze salary costs and payroll data to spot risks, trends and savings opportunities, and propose recommendations.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Act as the go to person for complex payroll, tax and social security queries from employees.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with HR, Finance and Tax teams to anticipate and solve payroll related issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage benefits administration in your countries, benchmarking the market and preparing proposals for new benefits.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions and implement them within your scope.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></div> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience: 5+ years in payroll and benefits, with hands on experience in multi country payroll through external providers or EOR.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Languages: Fluent English (C1 or higher). Additional languages are a strong asset.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Technical Skills: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
