Grow with Integrity.</h3> <p>Integrity Home Care + Hospice by BAYADA is seeking a motivated, results-driven <strong>Associate Director of Operations</strong> to support our Home Health offices in <strong>Springfield and Lebanon, Missouri</strong>.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and knows how to turn goals into results.</p> <p>The Associate Director will be based in our <strong>Springfield office</strong>, with travel to our Lebanon location, and will work closely with our leadership team to support daily operations, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality home health services.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who leads by example, sets clear expectations, holds teams accountable, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.</p> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Provide operational leadership and support for our Springfield and Lebanon Home Health offices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with leadership to drive office performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish clear expectations, coach employees, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including intake performance, operational productivity, and other established goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive measurable results.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support employee development, engagement, and retention.</p> </li> <li> <p>Address performance concerns and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with clinical, intake, and administrative teams to support seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Take a hands-on approach to leadership, stepping in to support the team and resolve challenges as needed.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Previous management or leadership experience, preferably within healthcare operations.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Experience in home health is a plus, along with familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation and processes.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience managing performance metrics, KPIs, and operational goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to think critically, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.</p> </li> <li> <p>Confidence navigating challenging conversations and driving positive change.</p> </li> <li> <p>Willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to travel between Springfield and Lebanon as needed.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>A clinical background is not required.</strong> We welcome experienced healthcare operations leaders who bring strong management skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
