We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Systems Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and performance of critical applications and IT infrastructure. In this role, you will monitor system health, investigate alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and help maintain stable operating environments. You will work with monitoring platforms such as AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor, alongside SQL databases, Windows servers, and IIS. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations teams, you will contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
