The Digital Experience Lead will drive conversion rate optimization and digital growth across a comparison-based business, improving how customers discover and evaluate products online. In this hands-on role, you will own the optimization roadmap for landing pages and customer journeys, turning customer insights and performance data into measurable improvements. You will design and manage experiments, identify friction points, and develop digital experiences that connect high-intent visitors with relevant products and services. Working closely with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams, you will align acquisition strategies with on-site experiences to maximize commercial performance.
