The Director of Literacy will lead literacy strategy, curriculum implementation, and multilingual learner support across a network of public elementary schools. Working closely with academic leaders, school principals, and regional teams, you will translate educational priorities into effective instructional practices and measurable student outcomes. You will guide curriculum adoption, analyze achievement and language proficiency data, and develop professional learning initiatives that empower educators.
