This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice </p> <p>As a Senior Consultant within the Capital Markets team, you be part of Client Onboarding & Change projects across securities services for top-tier financial institution </p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Lead end-to-end client onboarding and change initiatives for Banks, Asset Managers, and Financial Institutions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Manage project delivery including planning, governance, RAID management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.</div> </li> <li> <div>Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and managing senior stakeholder expectations.</div> </li> <li> <div>Gather and analyse business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating needs into practical solutions and delivery plans.</div> </li> <li> <div>Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk & Compliance, and Client Services to drive successful outcomes.</div> </li> <li> <div>Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>KEY REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"> <div>5+ years' experience in Project Management, PMO, Change Management, or Business Analysis within Financial Services, Banking, Asset Servicing, or Consulting.</div> </li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"> <div>Proven track record delivering business transformation, operational change, regulatory change, or client onboarding programmes.</div> </li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"> <div>Strong project management skills with expertise in governance, stakeholder management, RAID management, and delivery oversight.</div> </li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"> <div>Experience in Fund services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody Services, or Investment Operations is advantageous</div> </li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"> <div>Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients.</div> </li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"> <div>Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</div> </li> <li class="___1ehrlty f1s184ao fpgzoln"> <div>Fluency in English required, Cantonese and Mandarin highly preferred.</div> </li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks and leading financial services in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
