This is a fully remote position, and the successful candidate will work <strong>US business hours from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (SAST)</strong>.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>Invoice Processing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generate and send invoices to customers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Payment Collection:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Follow up on, collect, and coordinate with accounting to allocate payments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Customer Service (Internal & External):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond to customer inquiries, resolve invoice discrepancies, and maintain customer & internal stakeholder relationships.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cash Forecasting:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze customer payment trends and develop a strategy to accurately forecast incoming cash flow.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly financial and management reports related to accounts receivable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Record Keeping:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.</li> <li>5 years of experience in collections and accounts receivable</li> <li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Unique Benefits</strong></p> <p>Certified as a Great Place to Work®, Woolpert is one of the fastest growing architecture, engineering, and geospatial (AEG) companies in the world.
