In this role, you will design, implement, monitor, and maintain our AWS-based production and development environments. You'll help build and operate a secure, highly available, scalable, and reliable cloud platform while solving complex infrastructure challenges and enabling our engineering teams to deliver faster and with confidence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Summary of Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–5 years of experience in a SaaS/PaaS company, working with AWS (preferred) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). </li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with container technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. </li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. </li> <li>Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills. </li> <li>Experience with CI/CD platforms, preferably GitHub Actions. </li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset. </li> <li>Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies. </li> <li>Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. </li> <li>High security awareness and understanding of security best practices. </li> <li>Solid understanding of Git and GitFlow workflows. </li> <li>Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana. </li> <li>Experience solving scalability, reliability, and performance challenges in large-scale cloud environments. </li> <li>Experience using AI-powered developer tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) as part of your daily work. </li> <li>Experience with GitOps workflows using Argo CD & crossplane</li> <li>Experience working in a multi-account cloud environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
