This is a critical role in a high growth company that is constantly growing and changing.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Responsible for receiving, processing, and paying vendor invoices.</li> <li>Responsible for partnering with Purchasing and Warehouse to reconcile 3-way match issues.</li> <li>Ability to assist employees with payables issues, purchase order creation, general AP questions.</li> <li>Point of contact for vendor inquiries to keep the Company in good standing.</li> <li>Ensure bills are appropriately approved in accordance with Company policy prior to payment.</li> <li>Ensure that bills and transactions have appropriate coding.</li> <li>Book AP entries during month end close (i.e. accruals, invoices transactions, etc.).</li> <li>Provide ad hoc reports to various departments as required.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Degree in Accounting or related field</li> <li>3+ years experience in Accounts Payable</li> <li>Experience with 3 way matching, sales & use tax, and month end close</li> <li>Ability to operate in fast paced environment and multi-task between various initiatives</li> <li>Experience with large scale P2P systems and ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion</li> <li>Intermediate (or higher) excel skills and experience with data analysis (vlookups/xlookups/sumifs, pivot tables)</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>OCR Experience</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$66,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$88,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
