Join us.</div>About the Team:  The Powder Bed Fusion manufacturing team develops, creates, and operates the most advanced additive manufacturing technologies in the world. This best-in-class team makes sure that the infrastructure, materials, tools, and equipment are in place for us to rapidly iterate and print. The Powder-Based manufacturing team was crucial to manufacturing Aeon-1 for first launch and now are developing and demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, design, and approaches for Aeon-R!  This is a first-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT. The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week.  About the Role: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Operate and monitor PBF machines following established procedures and work instructions </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Prepare build platforms, load metal powder, and execute build files under supervision </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Clean and maintain equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient environment </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Document production data, quality checks, and machine performance in logs or digital systems </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Follow all safety protocols, including handling of powder and operation of industrial equipment </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work collaboratively with Engineers and Leadership to resolve technical issues </li> </ul> About You: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">High School Diploma or GED </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, he
