Identity is Rubrik’s fastest growing line of business and a key strategic growth vector for the company. </p> <p>Your work will directly and visibly contribute to our overall strategy and success. You will be tasked with developing solutions for complex business problems that are top-of-mind for our executives. We expect you to work collaboratively to gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, independently lead problem-solving, develop and package recommendations for presentation to management, support execution and manage a broad set of x-functional stakeholders, including the rest of Product, Marketing, Finance and Engineering. Rubrik’s monetization team sits within product management and reports into Anneka Gupta, Chief Product Officer of Rubrik.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive business model strategy for Identity and new markets & execute GTM growth motions</li> <li>Serve as the primary business partner for the Identity product leader. </li> <li>Work cross-functionally to execute on new business models, product monetization strategy, revenue growth and margin accretive initiatives across Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance teams.</li> <li>Validate addressable market size. Prioritize features based on ACV potential and willingness pay. </li> <li>Determine optimal PnP strategy w/ competitive, willingness to pay and margins. </li> <li>Lead the operational execution and implementation of cross functional monetization decisions.</li> <li>Help develop what success metrics we care about </li> <li>Ongoing analysis and cross-functional execution to improve investment strategy/GTM. Develop mitigation plans if off track. </li> <li>Lead QBRs and long range plans for Product org. </li> <li>Drive continuous improvement by testing, learning, and iterating quickly to deliver value at a high velocity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You (Your Impact)</strong></p> <p>You know how to drive monetization and business model strategy from a deep understanding of customers, markets and technologies.
