Our team has attorneys around the world, and handles legal matters in literally hundreds of countries . The Global Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations team handles OKX’s disputes, enforcement matters and government engagement worldwide at the intersection of litigation, regulation and emerging technology.</div> <h2 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-doxlgTETD36R3Y82cczrXWAhzZf"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing </strong></h2> <ul class="list-bullet1"> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-O4gFdoRPmoSkBzxwkuplffSGgEg" data-list="bullet"> <div>Third-party legal process:</div> <ul class="list-bullet2"> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-ANPKdiEAwo9YmPxB0jwlZxp8g9b" data-list="bullet"> <div>Review and respond to subpoenas, Section 1782 applications, garnishments, and court orders including TROs, preliminary injunctions and receivership orders served on OKX.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-QAMJdxnK5ouOSoxpHBzlZxn3g0g" data-list="bullet"> <div>Negotiate scope with issuing parties and directly interface with opposing counsel, object or move to quash where appropriate, and manage productions or other required actions through to closure.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Iq0ddEzDVoe4sKxJlUxlctJMgmg" data-list="bullet"> <div>Address competing or conflicting orders from multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with OKX’s international legal process team and global litigation team.</div> </li> </ul> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-TM2VdenB5oUz0vxSLtrl15q1gLF" data-list="bullet"> <div>Government and law enforcement requests:</div> <ul class="list-bullet2"> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-EoaxdyMocoFSrix4DNQl7Crpgzc" data-list="bullet"> <div>Respond to US law enforcement and government process escalated by the legal response operations team, including grand jury subpoenas, court orders, and asset freeze and seizure requests.</div> </li> </ul> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-VLzjdVFDp
