This leader translates the CIO’s priorities into coordinated plans, measurable outcomes, clear executive decisions, and disciplined execution across the organization.</p> <p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">The role leads the CIO’s operating rhythm and communications while establishing portfolio-wide visibility, governance, and delivery practices for the organization’s projects and programs. It oversees financial and resource planning, performance metrics, executive reporting, organizational change and crisis coordination, and initiatives that strengthen culture and talent.
