On this team, you’re not just placing orders; you’re actively shaping the solution. With full ownership across raw materials, capital equipment, and services, the role requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. As the company scales, supply chain becomes increasingly central, working closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and more to make decisions that work for today but also for tomorrow. This is a team for those who want to operate at the intersection of technical ambition and business execution, driving tangible progress to keep the Terran R program on track.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is a second-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. PT. The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week. In addition to base pay, employees receive a 10% shift differential.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Unload, inspect, and stage inbound materials for receiving, which involves standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operate forklifts, a company truck, and electric carts to deliver aerospace materials to factory work centers safely and on time, and perform inspections and routine maintenance on assigned material handling equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track inbound deliveries from the dock to the end user, respond promptly to internal customer questions about delivery status, and direct customers to the internal ticketing system, communicating clearly over email and Slack.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and applicable regulations when handling hazardous materials, including reporting as required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with Materials Management, Logistics, and Production teams to develop safe lifting and material movement practices, and suggest and implement process improvements, working independently and as part of a team.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain a clean, organized, 5S compliant work area.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Valid California driver’s license</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience in a logistics or warehousing role</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helve
