This role integrates with the Judi Health HR team including, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development, Total Rewards and HR Operations to deliver practical, scalable solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, talent outcomes, and the employee experience. Success requires strong business acumen, employee relations expertise, sound judgment, data-informed decision-making, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic consultation and disciplined execution.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> Working with substantial independence and minimal direction, the Senior HR Business Partner applies sound judgment to develop solutions and deliver results.
