<p><strong>Billing & Contracting Specialist </strong></p> <div>We are seeking a Billing & Contracting Specialist to join our team! The Billing & Contracting Specialist is responsible for managing billing, invoicing, payment support, and contract administration activities.</div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review, reconcile, and process vendor invoices; investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal partners.</li> <li>Create, distribute, and maintain accurate client invoices, payment records, ACH information, and account reconciliations.</li> <li>Respond to billing and payment inquiries.</li> <li>Draft, revise, and coordinate contracts, amendments, and related documentation.</li> <li>Facilitate internal contract reviews and support the timely execution, filing, and organization of agreements and supporting records.</li> <li>Create and maintain policy records, ensuring system information aligns with executed agreements and documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered</li> <li>1+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, contract administration, accounting support, client operations, or a related business environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Cottingham & Butler:</strong></p> <p>At Cottingham & Butler, we sell a promise to help our clients through life’s toughest moments.
